What we collect

We collect information in two ways.

• –Contact form. If you use our contact form, we receive the email address, website, subject and message you type, and which button you came from (for example, a plan or the sample report request). This is the only personal information we ask you to give us through the site.
• –Site analytics. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. They may collect device and browser details, approximate location, pages visited, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and Clarity may record anonymised sessions and heatmaps.

How we use it

• –Contact form details are used only to reply to you.
• –Analytics are used to improve the site, for example to see which sections are confusing.
• –We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site. They process data only on our behalf. They include:

• –a form service that delivers contact form messages to us by email
• –Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which provide site analytics
• –website hosting and delivery infrastructure, which may keep standard server logs such as IP address and pages requested
• –an email provider for the messages we exchange with you

Business outreach

We may email businesses about Aucited using publicly available business contact details. Every message includes a way to opt out. If you reply asking us to stop, we will stop and keep only enough information to honor your request.

Cookies

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may set cookies in your browser to recognise repeat visits and measure usage. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to handle your request and keep our business records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
