These terms apply when you use the Aucited website or service. They are written to be read, so please read them.
The service
Aucited is a managed AI search visibility monitoring service. We run an agreed set of prompts on supported AI platforms, record the responses, cited sources and screenshots, and deliver findings to you by email. We do not provide a live dashboard, daily or real-time monitoring, or SEO implementation.
No guarantees about AI results
AI answers vary by time, session, model and context, and work on probability. Our reports describe what we observed in the tests we ran. We do not guarantee that any AI platform will mention, recommend or cite your brand, or that following our action list will change results or traffic.
Plans and billing
Plans, prompts and platforms are described on our website. There is no online checkout: billing is arranged directly with you by email, in US dollars. Prices shown apply to new orders, and we will agree any change with you in advance. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your brand, website and competitors.
- Only ask us to monitor brands you own or are authorised to monitor.
- Keep your own copies of reports and evidence you need.
Reports and evidence
Reports are delivered by email. Screenshot evidence is available to download each month, and the files are automatically deleted after 30 days. You may use reports within your own organisation and share them with your advisors. You may not resell them or present them as your own research.
Third-party platforms
We observe third-party AI platforms that we do not own or control. Their features, availability and answers can change without notice, and this can affect what we are able to record.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or access it by automated means that harm it.
- Do not use our service for unlawful, misleading or abusive purposes.
Our content
The text, design and example reports on this website belong to Aucited. Example reports show sample data and are not results for a real client.
Limits of our liability
The service and this website are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
Ending the service
You can stop at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or end the service if these terms are broken, and we will refund any amount owed under our Refund Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of India.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
